Cancel
Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, then the organization moves to Free. Until that date you can resume the subscription and nothing changes.
What happens on the Free plan
Nothing is deleted. Assets, findings, reports and history stay. The Free limits apply again. Assets beyond the Free asset limit (the oldest ones keep working) become paused: you can still see them and their history, but starting a scan on them is refused until you upgrade or remove assets.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by TasScan support through Stripe, not from the portal. Contact us and tell us which invoice you mean.
