Why we ask you to verify ownership
Nothing is scanned until you prove you control the target. Here is what the four methods are and how to choose.
Verify with a DNS TXT record
Add one TXT record to your domain's DNS and press Check verification.
Verify with an HTTP file
Publish a one-line text file under /.well-known/ on your site.
Verify with a meta tag
Add one meta tag to the head of your homepage.
Verify with an email code
Receive a one-time code at a standard administrative mailbox on your domain.
